Purchased my windows and door about a year ago. My door started having issues so called to have it looked at. The guy who came out said it’d be fixed in 2 weeks. That was in July. I’ve called numerous times to be told, “a few more days” to “I’ll find out what’s going on and call you back today!” Two months later, my door is still not fixed and I’m still waiting for a call back. On Monday, July 27, we had three windows installed by Renewal by Anderson. We are very well pleased with the company, the entire team, and the product. We had an outstanding experience with the installation crew from Renewal by Anderson. Elijah and Steve were prompt every day, provided outstanding workmanship, left the job site spotless each day, put every item and piece of furniture back in its place and left the house each day cleaner than when they arrived. We are extremely happy with our experience with Renewal by Andersen. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful with guiding us through our selection. The office staff kept us kept us informed of the construction of our windows and scheduled a convenient installation date. The installers were very courteous and took time to answer questions I had about what they were doing.
