This replacement window had worked very well for five years, and we were surprised that the company wanted to replace the glass due to substandard glass. It took a while, but the installation was done quickly and well. I would like to have some other windows replaced eventually, but not able to afford this right now.
We had 8 windows replaced in November and we can not believe how much warmer the house is. We would like to thank Keith and Jim and the installation crew for taking such good care of us. They are very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and patient. The installation crew even cleaned up everything. We have been telling everyone about RbA and how pleased we are.
Great customer service, great service and the quality and workmanship was excellent. We've had our Windows 13 months and I couldn't be happier. We've saved so much money on our electric and heating bill it amazes me. Thank You !!!
Quit knocking on doors on the weekend in neighborhoods you are not local with. 2nd time 3 kids knocked on my door on a Saturday. IT'S THE WEEKEND. QUIT.

Even though they confirmed our appointment night before they didn't show up day of appointment. Wasting 3 hours of my vacation day. My husband asked that a manager call me and apologize to me for wasting my time, but of course I am still waiting for the call. I was excited to do business with Renewal by Andersen because they came highly referred by two friends but I will not give them another chance at my business since they clearly do not value potential customers time.
