Never ever should you order from this company. My door is built but they can’t install until Dec 22. The reps answer was I should have read the small print in the contract.

Do not use this company. JR was our sales rep. Once they got our signature, they leave you hanging. Windows and doors installed but the wrong color they were supposed to request new ones to be installed I called for an update and they have no clue what I’m talking about. I filled out my survey..THEN received a call from my sales person who rudely told me it was at no fault of his (which it was) and he will ensure the company “jumps through hoops and to fix this error though it wasn’t his fault” $14,000 for one set of doors a... read more
