The first thing I talked to the salesman (Brian) about was if my current blinds will fit in the new windows. He said yes. When they installed the windows, the blinds did not fit because a quarter round is part of the new windows. The sales man agreed to order new blinds that would fit on the outside portion of the window instead of inside mount. The new blinds they were cheaply made, and not custom sized. Brad F***** came out to give us a quote on 9 windows. He was very courteous and listened to what I had to say. Very knowledgeable and honest with us when asked our plans with house. Would recommend this company to anyone. Have had bad experiences with other companies and it was great to deal with someone so honest.
They were great! Sales was knowledgeable. Assigned a rep to ensure everything processed and timely. Todd F******** dod a great install. Were missing a screw but cane back a few days later and got that in. Absolutely loving my new doors!!
We had casements, double hung, and glider full frame replacements installed as well as a replacement entry door. The product looks terrific and the installation team led by Mike W*** did a great job. They did quality work and were very pleasant people. Now it is time to enjoy the new view!

The service and professionalism of the salesperson and installer was fantastic. Our questions were answered thoroughly. Todd F. installed our windows and made certain we were pleased with the installation prior to leaving our home and went out of his way to leave the work area neat and tidy. The quality of the product and installation are phenomenal! We will definitely be installing more windows from Renewal by Andersen of Central Illinois and will recommend them to family/friends.
I would recommend RBA of Central Illinois for QUALITY windows and doors. Compared to our old cheap, thin vinyl windows, Andersen blows them away. You can easily tell by how well the sliding doors fit and close, and how heavy duty they are. We also cannot hear the wind rushing through the house in inclement weather anymore! We are very pleased with the installation of our replacement windows and doors. The installation crew headed by Aaron M**** was phenomenal!! Everything was done in less than 3 days. Aaron and his crew worked very well in less than ideal weather and cold. The care they took and attention to details were awesome. Thanks again Aaron!!
