What a professional operation and high quality product Central Illinois Renewal by Andersen represents. Our salesman (Alex) was very professional and presented the product very well. He took the time to explain every question I had. I had original Andersen windows in my home but after 40 years of use and a back patio door needing some TLC. The service and professionalism of the salesperson and installer was fantastic. Our questions were answered thoroughly. Todd F. installed our windows and made certain we were pleased with the installation prior to leaving our home and went out of his way to leave the work area neat and tidy. The quality of the product and installation are phenomenal! We will definitely be installing more windows from Renewal by Andersen of Central Illinois and will recommend them to family/friends.
I would recommend RBA of Central Illinois for QUALITY windows and doors. Compared to our old cheap, thin vinyl windows, Andersen blows them away. You can easily tell by how well the sliding doors fit and close, and how heavy duty they are. We also cannot hear the wind rushing through the house in inclement weather anymore! We are very pleased with the installation of our replacement windows and doors. The installation crew headed by Aaron M**** was phenomenal!! Everything was done in less than 3 days. Aaron and his crew worked very well in less than ideal weather and cold. The care they took and attention to details were awesome. Thanks again Aaron!!

We are extremely pleased with the quality and service we received from Renewal by Andersen. Matt W*** was our installer, and he was prompt, friendly, professional, and skilled. Our salesperson, Brian D***** stopped by during installation to make sure we were satisfied with the project. He also, was professional and thorough. We felt no pressure from him to purchase anything unnecessary or beyond our budget. Our window is beautiful!
Phil M*** and Eric were professional, efficient and friendly. They explained the installation, it went quickly with no snags and they answered all our questions. After patio door was installed, they cleaned up any leftover mess and even touched up the paint around the new door trim when they found out I still had the paint available! Renewal by Andersen, of Central Illinois, replaced all 11 windows in our condo, a month ago. The entire process was flawless! From our first contact with Alex, our Product Manager to the installation by "Mike and Mike", it couldn't have been a more positive experience!
