When it cooled off late last is when we noticed that the windows in our new home were very drafty. So bad in fact that we had to close the master suite doors to keep the rest of house warm. I did some research and went with Andersen for a consult. After speaking with Brian and having him answer all of our questions, decided to replace all the windows on the main level of our home. We replaced all of the windows in our ranch walkout, the front door, as well as changing a window to a sliding door and a sliding door to a window. Our install was initially delayed by extreme weather. I was disappointed, after those two days of delay, that our installers did not arrive until 11:00 on the first day. I can appreciate travel time (2 hours), but even with that I would expect a certain amount of urgency after two days of delay. I was very pleased with the products, installation, and service I received from Andersen Windows. The salesman was true to his word. The office followed up consistently in scheduling. The installation crew was outstanding. The salesman, George, had stipulated that the installation crew would understand that I would need a fan removed and boxes moved in order for the windows to be installed. Aaron came in and did an amazing job installing our windows we had ordered. He was friendly, asked if we had any concerns, and made sure he went over everything with us! Highly recommend Aaron Moore and Renewal by Anderson windows! I would use him again and recommend to others!

Mike Ward and his team did a great job of replacing all of our windows and installing a sliding door. Joe was very helpful in following up on questions I had and addressing a couple of miscellaneous things. Mike and his team worked diligently, were courteous, and cleaned up the work area each day. We were very pleased with the work that was done!

We had 3 doors installed by Renewal by Andersen and are happy with the quality of the doors. However the installation amateur at best. Issues included -no insulation around our slider. They used 1/2" of spray foam to fill the open gap. Had to pack with fiberglass myself -sloppy and missing calk around 2 of the doors. one door had 2" of exposed wood from missing caulk -Did not bring the correct trim at the time of install -Leaving a mess for the home owner to clean up including the glass itself. Aaron Moore and teammate John did a great job of installing our new bow window (over 10' wide) in a day. This window replaced a series of 3 double hung windows. The new one looks fantastic and makes our dining room look bigger too!! We were concerned about weather issues replacing a nearly wall sized window in December but the weather held and the guys did a professional job getting the window in, building the roof cap and cleaning up in a day. I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson.
