We are extremely pleased with the quality and service we received from Renewal by Andersen. Matt W*** was our installer, and he was prompt, friendly, professional, and skilled. Our salesperson, Brian D***** stopped by during installation to make sure we were satisfied with the project. He also, was professional and thorough. We felt no pressure from him to purchase anything unnecessary or beyond our budget. Our window is beautiful!
Phil M*** and Eric were professional, efficient and friendly. They explained the installation, it went quickly with no snags and they answered all our questions. After patio door was installed, they cleaned up any leftover mess and even touched up the paint around the new door trim when they found out I still had the paint available! Class act, highly recommend this company and most of all, these two men! Thank you!
Renewal by Andersen, of Central Illinois, replaced all 11 windows in our condo, a month ago. The entire process was flawless! We had Renewal by Andersen replace several of our old Andersen windows. As others have stated, from the beginning of our sales meeting with Brian D. to the install with Matt, Brandon, and Scott, they were all very professional and did a marvelous job of installing our new windows. We had 10 windows on main floor, 2 upstairs, and 4 basement windows replaced. From the start with the salesman, Scott S to the installation with Kevin and Al, it was all very proffesional. They were very polite and cleaned up when they were done with the job. It took a little longer than the 3 days to complete due to some complications with ordering, but we are enjoying our new windows. We highly recommend Renewal By Anderson
We had a great experience with these guys from the start with salesman Stephen B**** to the end with installer Matt W*** and Brandon (last name unknown). Very professional and polite from start to finish and cleaned up when they were done. Matt and Brandon put in 12 windows with new brick mold and it only took them two days, which was impressive, as one day there was a heat advisory in the 100’s. My husband and I are thrilled with our new doors. Chad did a very thorough job explaining and giving us a quote. The doors arrived way ahead of schedule and were installed very efficiently by Kevin and Al. They cleaned up their messes and worked steadily, double checking everything before they left. We can tell a difference already in the tightness of the house and thoroughly enjoy the door that is all window, letting in so much light and exposing our nice view.
