We are very happy with our replacement windows. The whole process was a great experience. sales rep, George G****** presentation to us was excellent. He was prepared with samples of materials and answered all our questions. We had 3 large picture windows installed as well as 2 normal width windows. There was supposed to be a 2 person install team arrive but one person had quit the day before. Robert**** had a great, great attitude who was customer minded from beginning to end. He worked tirelessly until the job was complete. His craftsmanship was top notch and he was extremely polite and courteous. We were extremely pleased and would have him back to do more work for us. I love my new windows, they are beautiful and function so much better than the old ones. Ethan ****and his crew were everything that you hope a contractor in your home would be, very professional young men. They fought the weather all week but kept me informed during it all. We contacted Renewal by Anderson in Peoria in March 2021. They were running a sale and our windows were old. They were Anderson windows. They came on schedule and everyone we dealt with were very nice and professional. There is a wait, as they build the windows you need.
