I am a big fan of Mike Holmes so I know when a construction job is done right. We chose Renewal by Andersen because of the high quality of their windows. We hoped the installation process would match the quality of the windows and we were not disappointed. Mike Drumm and Chris worked non stop for 7 days in a row replacing 32 windows in my old two story home including a large picture window, a bay window, and 6 basement windows that had to be chiseled out. We are very happy with our experience with RBA of CI. We just completed a project replacing several windows in our main living area. The entire process was very positive and professional. Our sales/design consultant was excellent and certainly knew her product well. She was able to guide us to make the right decision for our home, making suggestions we would not have thought of. We love everything about our new windows. I had high expectations and am still surprised how much heat they are keeping out. We knew we’d like the windows but our installers, Aaron Moore and Al, made the experience even better. Both took the time to answer all of my questions, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept everything clean. Great guys installing great windows!

Belinda was our salesperson and thoroughly explained our many options. She helped us decide on which windows would be best for our house. Christy called periodically and told us when to expect our windows and then scheduled our installation. Aaron Moore and Al were our installers. They showed up on time and went right to work. They explained the process and made sure to answer all our questions. They both worked hard the entire day to make sure everything was just as it should be. They left the job site very clean. Christie from Andersen kept in touch with us prior to the installation to explain the process and told us it should take two days. Eric ******was our installer and he explained what he would be doing and was professional and did a great job installing. We just got them done so I can't speak to how they hold up yet, but we love the look and they seem well made. So far, we are extremely happy with the windows and the people we've come in contact with
