I Saw Dr. Castillo at Texas Oncology. Everybody there was nice and all instructions were clear and respectful. Castillo was very reassuring and confident and struck me as knowledgeable. I have to admit I prefer older doctors since they have long term experience which is always confidence-reinforcing.

Compassionate, personable, and thorough are three words that I would use to describe Dr. Castillo. He is very knowledgeable, has a positive demeanor and he brings that energy to every visit. The flatobomists are wonderful too. They always ask how you’re feeling and if you’re having a good day. They are professional and gentle too. On the other hand, Texas Oncology is overbooking their patients. The last two times that I had an appointment, I waited to see the doctor for an hour and a half.
