Friendly staff.
Dr. Castillo is always willing to listen and attentive. He gives great information so you know what's happening and what you can expect in treatment. I always feel comfortable sharing my concerns.
Felt like he listened to me this visit in regards to my continuing issues.
Dr Castillo is highly focused & knows his stuff. I like his extensive experience trying to do his difficult job in a rough environment. The medical world is overwhelming for patients, doctors, nurses, office staff, etc. His office is very busy, but does their best to follow-up many times to help make sure processes go smoothly. Dr. Castillo is very professional, knowledge, personable, attentive, flexible and understanding. Would strongly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Castillo has been my physician for five years and always gives me lots of time and has a very positive attitude. I am an RN, my husband is a retired physician, we are very happy that I am in his care.

Horrible, dismissive sorry excuse for a doctor! I didn’t even see the Dr. but heard him outside of my appointment room dismissive of the reason I was referred to him. I am a cancer survivor trying to improve my post cancer life and Dr, Castello “didn't have time to go down the rabbit hole” (his words) of researching the reason I was referred to him. I do not wish this Dr. On anyone.
Dr. Castillo takes the time to listen to my concerns about the way I feel. He goes out of his way to explain what he sees and what he thinks. He goes above and beyond to ensure I understand the care and the goals. Wants to make sure I am improving. Amazing Care.
