Horrible, dismissive sorry excuse for a doctor! I didn’t even see the Dr. but heard him outside of my appointment room dismissive of the reason I was referred to him. I am a cancer survivor trying to improve my post cancer life and Dr, Castello “didn't have time to go down the rabbit hole” (his words) of researching the reason I was referred to him. I do not wish this Dr. On anyone.
Dr. Castillo takes the time to listen to my concerns about the way I feel. He goes out of his way to explain what he sees and what he thinks. He goes above and beyond to ensure I understand the care and the goals. Wants to make sure I am improving. Amazing Care.
Everyone is always professional, welcoming and remembers your name. When you are with Dr. Castillo or one of the nurses their focus is on you and your treatment. Always!
Had chemo and saw him weekly.
It's been a year since my chemotherapy and immunotherapy ended with the care and support of Dr Castillo and his team. He is always thoughtful and takes time at each appointment for questions and review of the blood tests. I appreciate all his skill and knowledge.
