Dr. Rene Castillo is an excellent Hematologist. I have been under his care for 11 years and hope to never have to go to anyone else. He is very compassionate and caring, and although sometimes I have to wait quite awhile past my scheduled appointment time to see him, it is well worth the wait. He is very thorough and listens to any concerns I have regarding my condition and comes up with a reasonable plan of treatment. I am happy to recommend Dr. Castillo to anyone.
Dr Castillo is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am glad to have him on my team of physicians.

He has been my oncologist for 16 years now. I have the greatest respect for him. Beyond his expertise, he is kind, listens, respectful, and treats you as a partner.

Dr Castillo was totally up to date with my previous medical records and history at our first visit…he took his time as we went thru it all which was very comforting that he had it all down pat.

Loved one on one conversation with not only me but with my sons and questions they had. He explained everything in detail and spent plenty of time answering questions. I would highly recommend Also the nurses and all the staff were pleasant and helpful
