Be careful with billing at this office. My wife came in for her annual checkup — a preventive visit covered 100% by insurance. A few days later, a nurse called her to relay the results. The office then billed that phone call as a separate office visit. A results call for a routine annual exam should be part of the preventive visit, not a new charge.
