I love living here! The fitness room and free tea and coffee are awesome! Also, the people who work here are very nice and accommodating. Maintenance work is done very quickly when requested. Great people, great price, great location!

Downtown, Dollar General, Stewarts, Friends Laundrette next door. SUNY around the corner. Good place to live.
This is an all around awesome place that's extreamly affordable to be while in school. The rooms are bigger than the Suits and the laundry is rite out front. For the best pizza in town, Bazano's is the place to go and they're just next door. We have a Dollar General just down the street for really great deals on munchies when, as we all know there's no time for anything when we have to cram for finals. You want award-wining ice cream? Stewart's shop is across the street from the Dollar General with great deals on half gallon... read more
They are a good and affordable place to live for anyone. You have your own safe and privacy which for many college students is convenient and private.
