RecommendedThe renaissance village is a wonderful place to get to know other people or to be for your own. The location is unique near plattsburgh downtown, the saranac river, the Dollar General and a lot of public parcs. You can reach everything in least 10 minutes. You have a gym and a launderette inclusive. And the stuff is really friendly and always helpful. So all in all an amazing place to live :)
I just moved in this past week, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Isabell is wonderful and extremely helpful and responds quickly to the questions and concerns of her tenants. The apartment is clean and very comfortable!
The staff here is amazing. They always answered my questions whenever I called and was extremely helpful. Isabell, manager, is the best!! She is always there for you whenever you have a question or need someone to talk to.
It's a pleasure living in Renaissance Village. The management team is very helpful especially Isabell.

It’s a nice place to live for a first apartment, and it’s right down the road from SUNY Plattsburgh so it’s not a far drive or walk to school. Everyone is friendly and quiet.
Excellent value for student housing. The suites themselves are nothing fancy but they're quite comfortable. Having your own bathroom is a huge bonus. The mailboxes, laundromat, gym, grilling area, etc. are all super convenient. The location in town is convenient as well. The maintenance crew will fix any issues you have in a timely fashion. The only downsides, in my opinion, are the lack of a full size refrigerator in the kitchen (each bedroom has a large minifridge) and if you're like me and own too many things, there is a ... read more
Fantastic rent pricing with tons of included amenities such as a small gym/workout room, grilling area with benches, coffee and tea complimentary, and maintenance service. Very competitive pricing no matter where you compare it to. People are friendly and always willing to chat.
