Here is everything included and a great deal. Good for college students! Services in Renaissance, a shuttle to college and free coffee and tea, is really convenient, and employees of Renaissance are great!

A lot of space, awesome staff, and affordable. You really can't beat it!
Wonderful, cheap little place to live if you are living in a suite with friends. Stewarts and Dollar General are a short walk away. The far end of the campus is about a mile down the road, which is too far to walk but it's not bad to bike.. until winter.
I love living here. Their is plenty of space in the Court yard. It has BBQ's and a big pavilion for those rainy days. Neighbors a friendly and inviting. I highly recommend living here.

Renaissance is the perfect place for college students, or anyone, to live! These suite style apartments have everything you need at a very affordable price. The location is perfect as it is found in Plattsburgh just minutes from the college, the hospital, and the mall and shopping centers! This is a great place to live and everything is included-!! For 270$ ( in the summer only) you get electric, wifi, water and all the amenities you would never expect for this price!! I'm only here for the summer; however, if you wish to do a year lease it's only 475 for all inclusions!!!! That's immense savings! :) I LOVE it here!! Whether you choose month-to-month, yearly lease or just are here for the summer it's a great place to live in Plattsburgh, NY!
