I loved it. Service was great. Everyone was friendly. Special kudos to bellman Michael... He made us feel like he had known us for years. The room was comfortable. The hotel is undergoing construction but there are many notices around the hotel asking for customers understanding as the hotel grows. The early am construction noise on the street is not so fun (I think they started at 7 am) but that is the cost of progress. 1st trip to Minneapolis and happy to have stayed here.

I stayed here with a group of friends when we traveled to Minneapolis for a concert. The bedding and pillows were to die for, so comfy! The linens smelled so nice, as if even the down comforters (which we all know rarely get washed at hotels) were freshly laundered. The rooms were clean, very classy, and elegant in style. The remodeling was such a surprise to wake up to Monday morning Friendly staff We were quoted 25 dollars for our 3 mile ride and back with the black cars on site but it ended up being 50 which was ridiculous They should have a shuttle... Beautiful place though
Poor service! Made reservations over a month ago for a king size bed. This is a treat. We go home! Not guaranteed ! Gave us Queens. Arrive at our room. The lights above the beds do not work. Called the front desk. Sorry!!! No one is available to take care of this at this time. What a joke.
