The building it's self is neat... But!!! When we checked in, the man that checked us in didn't give us any information as to where to park, where our room was located, where the elevator was, ECT... Almost like we were an inconvenience to him. They had water park signs everywhere, but only a very chili pool was found.... We had Very disappointed children! Also waiting to see what my final bank statement says, because my receipt says a much cheaper bill then what my bank statement is saying they charged! Like a $120 differenc... read more
Service at the front desk was not good they were rude and disrespectful. Was checked in by a new guy who was not trained properly. Charged my card way more then what they told me at the front desk. Place will take your money or not inform you what they are charging your card until is on your card then explain sorry it's to late to fix it. Very unprofessional place and will not be coming back and will spread the word about this place and as a business word of month is a big deal for business.
Beautiful hotel but the staff could definitely use some work! Multiple room mix ups, over charges, and rude staff who's only excuse/response is "It wasn't my fault, must of been a different staff" For as much money we spent would of thought we would of been treated a little better. Will need to look into different hotels..Otherwise definitely enjoyed what the hotel offered!
Friendly staff that is willing to help you when you have a question or need something. Bought a bottle of wine and noticed didn't have a wine opener and safe was helpful with finding one. Would for sure come back and stay. Also price was right for the room.
Great food, great service, great venue for an event.
