What a memorable stay-staff, food and historic suite all superb
I was in Minneapolis for my son's wedding and found it to be absolutely charming. The furnishings were beautiful- from the lovely lace curtains to the bed which was like sleeping on a cloud. A delightful young lady at the front desk- Unique - made sure that the flowers my son and his bride had sent me were waiting in my suite - they were the first thing I saw. It was a lovely visit - the staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
So far stay has been great. Staff is amazing. Housekeeping very prompt when I asked for extra towels very impressed. Having renovations is never fun but it hasn't bothered our stay at all. Beautiful hotel and great rooms.
The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and gave great service on a very busy New Year's Eve. Asked for a rollaway at check-in and it was waiting for us when we got to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The same front desk gentleman gave great restaurant recommendations and was sure to chat with our whole family each time we saw him.
