Dr. Boutros was recommended to me by a well-known dermatologist from The Ohio State University following some skin surgery. I've been seeing Dr. Boutros for the past 15 years and wouldn't think of seeing anyone else. When I notice a suspicious "mark" on my skin, I call his office and his staff gets me in to see him within 24 hours. He has amazing bedside manners and always cures my skin issues! Absolutely love Renaissance Dermatology! Dr. Boutros and staff are super friendly and most importantly, very thorough! Dr. Boutros takes the time to listen AND address your concerns which has not always been my experience at other dermatology practices in the past. So glad that I found Renaissance Dermatology! Great practice! The staff are all friendly and efficient. I’ve never had a long wait while there and they are responsive to phone calls too. I see Amy Bergan and she is very personable, professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
I have got a lot of advise about my skin care from Dr.B and his staff, they have been amazing In helping with samples , great attitude, and compassion. They make me feel like family , I highly recommend them to everybody 😍
This Dr loves his job and patients. He recently took care of my mother and made her feel safe, comfortable and at ease. She felt completely different leaving than when she arrived. Thank you for being great at what you do.
Dr. Boutros and Amy are incredibly professional and knowledgable. I first saw Dr. Boutros 20 years ago, with a melanoma when I was just 25 years old. He was successful in removing it surgically and while I’ve had no further melanoma, he is cautious and diligent in taking biopsies of anything suspicious at my annual checks. Dr. Mounir and his staff are very professional and friendly. During my visits to the office Dr. Mounir answered all of my questions completely and satisfactorily. He educated me on how to take care of my skin and the signs and symptoms I should look for.
