Very nice experience, friendly and attentive staff. We were offered a cappuccino upon arrival, added a cool mask to reduce eye swelling from traveling, and continually checked on. Renaissance is a super shiny clean salon. This is no ordinary mani/pedi. It ranks as the best and everyone was fantastic! You must set aside time to go when in Miami. Super close to the airport and conveniently located.
Me atendí acá para un pedicure, lavado de cabello, (hairstyles) y me trataron súper bien. Son amables, ofrecen algo de tomar, andaba un poco sin voz x el cambio de clima y Milka me ofreció un té de menta y después me dio un cappuccino delicioso (un gesto sencillo y que en algunos salones no ofrecen), son pacientes para ayudarte a encontrar los tonos exactos que quieres. Definitivamente hicieron lo imposible posible yo salí más que agradecida y contenta. Milka y Patricia de verdad tuvieron mucha paciencia. 👌🏽
