Went to Renaissance Aesthetics and Laser for a "simple" laser hair removal session. The technician burned my upper lip so badly I had blisters for two weeks. When I called to complain, the receptionist acted like I was exaggerating and offered me a "$20 credit" for permanent scarring. Absolute nightmare. Never stepping foot in that place again.
