One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I rented a home through REMS, with them being the property management company. I took over the contract of someone moving out, so their contract became mine, and my $1000 deposit replaced theirs. REMS was nice enough to have the carpets cleaned in the one day between them moving out and me moving in. They made me accept it "as is" and did not inspect anything. Great customer service. Leasing agent was very respectful and took care of my needs as well as answered all my questions. She had complete knowledge of everything that I asked and made sure I left without any concerns.

Please,please stay away from this company. They will basically scam you out of your money. They are liars who who shouldn't be on business. They will keep every single penny from your security deposit and then charge you even more for "things"they supposedly fixed. Just stay away from this property management.
