Great Management – I have never had a problem with REMS. I have been a renter in UT for years and they are one of the best management groups I have dealt with. I have lived in the apartment for almost 2 years and it has been smooth sailing the entire time.
Terrible to Tennants – I have rented from many different companies before and this is without a doubt the most unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest company I have ever worked with. They never make repairs and don't reimburse when they signed in the contract that they will. It sounds like people who rent out units through them think they are getting a great deal but the quality is horrible. They make promises that they do not keep. Best property managers around. – Over the years they have been good to me on countless occasions, it’s time I acknowledged them for that and showed my thanks. These guys do not disappoint and will treat you right every time.
