Great – I had a little problem that was just some mixed up paper work so I had to call them to get it straightened out. No problem, they were easy to deal with over the phone. Problem solved.

Detailed – REMS maintenance is fantastic and very responsive. They sent their crew out to our HOA and fixed some lighting issues and garbage concerns as requested. They also fixed our EXIT lights without being asked and saved us calling them back again. Their service was prompt, efficient, courteous. These small things mean a lot to our homeowners and their renters.
