great communicators! – The property manager that I have dealt with at REMS is great. He is very professional and has great communication skills. I have multiple rental properties that I own with a partner, and we are always on the same page because of the consistent communication from REMS.

Diligent – This is a very diligent management firm. They really take care of my property and know how to keep good tenants in the house- while weeding the bad ones out. I have never had an issue with REMS collecting funds from tenants, and applying late fees when necessary. I really feel they have my best interest at heart.

Very Good – Easy to work with and they have handled my minor maintenance issues with ease, and no stress placed on me as the renter. I used to rent from a company who would basically blame me for everything that went wrong, but so far REMS has not done that at all, and has handled my problems in a way that gets them taken care of right away.

Smooth Process – Working with REMS has been a smooth an pleasant process for me. One of their happy customers actually referred me to them and everything has worked out to my benefit. I only give 4 stars because I have not been with REMS for very long, but they have assisted me in making decisions about my rental that have given me the ability to have tenants in the home faster than I expected. Now I will be the one to refer REMS to anyone I know who needs a management company.

mis-property managemnt – I would not recommend them. They mis-managed our property and lost us money. Total bummer. Felt taken advantaged of and sad. We were out of the country renting our cute house and they could not have cared less. I often had to call when they let the ball drop on collecting rent and sending eviction notices. Yes, plural. Total mayhem at Rems and I kept getting moved around to different people. No consistency and no care. I would recommend Rems to no one!

best around! – Always a good experience. REMS manages my HOA here where I am a board member. Working with them on certain projects has proved much simpler than other companies in the past. They are always willing to help and maintain an active roll in our community. They are very well organized and a pleasure t work with!

Good Work – I have been with REMS for a few years now and they are very deserving of a positive rating in my eyes. I have had a couple of discrepancies on a couple of my monthly statements, however they were willing to look into it and made the correction fairly quickly. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is how you recover from them that is important and I feel that REMS took care of the problem, and has taken care of me and my property pretty well.

Rent from/hire Rems with great caution – I am very suspicious of any positive ratings given to Rems, inc. We have rented from 7 different owners/management companies and have never had any significant troubles with management until renting from Rems. Anyone we've talked to that rented from Rems has had a similar experience. Moreover, Rems had significant communication issues with the owner of our apartment which resulted in the owner of our apartment switching management at the end of our lease, so they wouldn't be good to r... read more
