REMS maintenance division is the best. They had wonderful people who came by yesterday and fixed our air conditioner. They had to work in some unfriendly heat and were so grateful they did! Their lawn folks came yesterday too and left it wonderfully clean.
My lease with REMS is ending soon and I have had a great experience. I have to move out of state for work and if it weren't for that I'd still be with them.

REMS is so helpful and I especially appreciate the accounting department that has taken so much time to explain everything clearly. I am very pleased with all of the staff here that I have had the chance to deal with.

REMS got back to me about my heater not working within an hour of my email and was able to get someone out right away to fix it! I have a small infant and it means alot to know that they get back to you when you leave a detailed message. My fridge also went out and REMS was able to help me get a new one right away and even call to let me know what was going on. I appreciate them working hard to keep our apartment up and running and all the effort that goes into filling every renters request. Thank you!
REMS inc. is the worst renting experience I have ever had. I emailed them my 30 days notice (on their website) and they claimed the never received it. I then sent more emails through their website and again the claimed they never received them. They never tried to retrieve my emails and stopped taking my calls. The same thing happened when they came up with over $600 dollars of charges for a house I left spotless. I again attempted to contact them. They would not respond to my emails or phone calls.
