Rent from/hire Rems with great caution – I am very suspicious of any positive ratings given to Rems, inc. We have rented from 7 different owners/management companies and have never had any significant troubles with management until renting from Rems. Anyone we've talked to that rented from Rems has had a similar experience. Terrible to Tennants – I have rented from many different companies before and this is without a doubt the most unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest company I have ever worked with. They never make repairs and don't reimburse when they signed in the contract that they will. It sounds like people who rent out units through them think they are getting a great deal but the quality is horrible. They make promises that they do not keep.
