They make everything Easy! This is really one of the best companies to rent from. The unit I live in was managed by REMS, but was sold and is now being handled by another company that is only doing half the job that REMS did. I really enjoyed renting from them, and will try to find another REMS property as soon as I move out of this place.

Detailed – REMS maintenance is fantastic and very responsive. They sent their crew out to our HOA and fixed some lighting issues and garbage concerns as requested. They also fixed our EXIT lights without being asked and saved us calling them back again. Their service was prompt, efficient, courteous. These small things mean a lot to our homeowners and their renters.
Dishonest – Absolutely horrible experiences with rems completely dishonest and incompetent. Avoid Rems at all costs don
satisfied – I can honestly say that I have been pleased with this management company. The location and place are perfect and the condition of the home is well maintained. They are easy to deal with and treat me kindly.
great communicators! – The property manager that I have dealt with at REMS is great. He is very professional and has great communication skills. I have multiple rental properties that I own with a partner, and we are always on the same page because of the consistent communication from REMS.
