I don’t care what anyone says—Remington Place is the BEST apartment in Raleigh. I’ve lived here since 2021, and I have no intention of living anywhere else. The cost per square foot is the most affordable in the area, especially considering everything you get. It’s the only apartment I found that offers both a gas stove and a real wood-burning fireplace—huge wins in my book. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive. I had a great experience living at The Remington Place for over two years—until the final weeks, which were unfortunately ruined by the new property manager, Philip. Prior to his arrival, I had absolutely no issues; Beltoria, the previous manager, was always responsive, professional, and supportive. Philip, on the other hand, made the move-out process unnecessarily stressful. Despite already submitting my release form to Beltoria, he claimed it was missing and demanded it again. To start, Beltoria is the best property manager I've ever been lucky enough to rent from. She will do everything in her power to make your time at Remington Place great, and is a godsent. I stayed in a renovated 1 bedroom, and I'd say the construction was done decently. Maintenance is fine, about what I would expect from any decent apartment. Area is beautiful, and parking is easy.
