1. Dog park fencing has MASSIVE holes and loose wiring across the bottom in multiple places 2. Non-working grill for summer months because 'someone stole the gas' 3. Wood on patio rotting and posts completely loose in places. Unsafe. 4. Just got bought out and told: Operational Value-Add by implementing an amenity fee which includes bulk cable/internet, valet trash, all water/sewer/trash, renter’s insurance, lease lock and other operational efficiencies. I looked high and low while searching for a new apartment community in Raleigh — newer complexes, more luxurious complexes, you name it — but I always kept coming back to Remington Place for several reasons: value, square footage, location, and overall atmosphere. Is it the newest ultra-luxury community in the Triangle? No. But what I do have here are all the creature comforts I could ever want.
