Oct. 2026 update for Rise Silver Lake: The new owners have had a difficult time processing payments. Original review for Remington Place (5/5): Stuff happens. I've lived here for a year now and have had a few instances where I needed help from the maintenance team. Phil and his crew have been great and have handled things well with me, even when I am personally strung out. They are responsive and get things taken care of. 1. Dog park fencing has MASSIVE holes and loose wiring across the bottom in multiple places 2. Non-working grill for summer months because 'someone stole the gas' 3. Wood on patio rotting and posts completely loose in places. Unsafe. 4. Just got bought out and told: Operational Value-Add by implementing an amenity fee which includes bulk cable/internet, valet trash, all water/sewer/trash, renter’s insurance, lease lock and other operational efficiencies. I looked high and low while searching for a new apartment community in Raleigh — newer complexes, more luxurious complexes, you name it — but I always kept coming back to Remington Place for several reasons: value, square footage, location, and overall atmosphere. Is it the newest ultra-luxury community in the Triangle? No. But what I do have here are all the creature comforts I could ever want.
