Such a great place ... Loved it , it was quiet and clean and just awesome . Much better then a Hotel room .

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean, quiet, and had lots of space. Plenty of information was provided on good places to go and eat. The hotel is located in walking distance from the Old Town area and from CSU, making it very convenient.

Our stay was perfect-from the bikes, the great location, the beautiful room to the friendly hosts who supplied us with the makings for a mimosa when they learned we were celebrating our anniversary. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone we know staying in the area.

Our stay in Ft. Collins was just a quick one this time. We've been wanting to stay here for a while but it seems to always be booked when we're wanting to come for a long weekend. We will definitely be staying again for more than just 1 night next time! Our hosts gave us the best customer service we've ever received. We loved sitting at the fire pit just enjoying the beautiful weather. The room was definitely home away from home, equipped with everything we could have needed..including a cork screw.
Clean, quiet, great location and Doug & Ann were super helpful sharing the 411 on where to go and the local scene. Complimentary Aggie beer and Keurig java and tea was a great touch. Self check-in is easy and provides flexibility. See you soon - GO RAMS!

I arrived in Fort Collins a day earlier than expected, and the hotel I had booked didn't have a room available. They suggested I try Remington Flats, and I am SO GLAD that I did! I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it will be the first place I reserve the next time I'm in town. Thank you, Doug and Annie!

Our stay here couldn't have been better. Check-in/check-out was quick and simple. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable The location is great-near everything. The bicycles they give you are a fantastic addition and allowed us to go all over town. No complaints at all. Thanks for a great stay.
Had a great stay at Remington Flats. Cute studio apartment rental close in to town, without being too close to the noise of downtown. Full kitchen would've made a much longer stay comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.
