I love, love, love Remington Flats! The beds are comfortable. The decor is beautiful. The personalized touched are incredible. I highly recommend Remington Flats!
Can't say enough good about this cozy place! They have thought of everything. Very good about checking in daily to see if you need anything., but they have thought of all you might need. Will definitely come back, great location to downtown as well.

Great spot to relax in between explorations of FoCo. Like the best studio apartment I’ve ever seen, only it’s real and all yours for as long as you stay. Friendly staff assisted me with laundry priorities. If I’m ever back in town again, I now have brand loyalty.

I removed a very negative review of Remington Flats. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience and left reviews stating such. When Doug and Annie took over ownership, they reached out to me and apologized for our bad experience...even though it was the fault of the previous owner and not their fault whatsoever. The email we received was thoughtful and thorough, and they offered us a discount to come stay with them and experience the difference of their new ownership. RecommendedAbsolutely adorable place. I stayed in the charming suite c with two tiny dogs. Nicest touches were beer in the fridge, Keuring machine, and a meal sized cookie which was hands down the best cookie I ever had. Nice owners. Can’t wait to go back!
A perfect place to stay!!! Love the hospitality of Doug and Annie too! Has all the amenities you can think of including local beer in frig.
