I had a great experience working with Bernie to sell my condo in Naperville. He was trustworthy, helpful, and responsive throughout the process, from our initial meeting through closing. I accepted an offer within a week of the listing going live, and when the buyers’ financing fell through at the last minute, Bernie got me an even better second offer less than a week after re-listing the condo.
