I’m just having the worse experience ever. My family was trying to buy a house with them under the realtor Juan Perez, but after our inspection, we found out they did everything without permits, the house has the worse quality materials and details. Now, we’re trying to cancel the contract, and he’s dodging his responsibilities saying we should only talk to his attorney. DO NOT BUY HOUSES WITH THEM!
