Part shingle, part torch down on a flat section of roof. Fair prices, no pressure sales and James is the most responsive professional I've ever worked with. He personally picked up stray nails from the project. Even their gutter subcontractor did a quality job. HIGHLY recommend.
Reliance Restorations is one of the best experiences I have had with working with anyone on our home - James helped us immensely, no pressure with any of his roofing items, and sent us pictures and gave us every single reason to trust him along the way. In addition - he went above and beyond. During the time of our new roof installation, our county was on lockdown due to COVID-19 - Since we had active leaks, he called our township and secured permission to replace our roof in the midst of county lockdown.
