My experience at Reliable Subaru was fantastic. I had been in contact with them a few weeks before my purchase and knew which vehicle I wanted. A week before I could make it in they put my vehicle on hold for me until I got there so nobody else could look at it, drive it or buy it. Once I got to the dealership everyone was kind and attentive, I was out of there by noon in my new Crosstrek. Walked into the dealership at 9:00AM and talked to Ted Worthy about what I wanted. Test drove the vehicle, had my truck appraised, met with the financial rep and left Reliable Subaru with a 2018 Subaru CrossTrek at 12:30PM. Excellent customer service. This is the third Subaru we have purchased from Reliable. Highly recommend.

I am attending a 2 month class here in MO. And was in need of an oil change. Made an appointment at Reliable, very friendly, cleaned up front inside, only draw back was it took a long time, however they were slammed packed. I have no problem going back.
