My girlfriend and I went up to their to get a new car. They let me test drive as many as I like, the cars handle like a dream, but I couldn't get the car I wanted, because my credit sucked. So they helped me get a used one. The use car was almost new. It looked good and I like it. The only down side is I waited all day to get my car financed. Maybe They were busy more so than usual, i don't know. I kinda wished that I asked for an add-on or something to make the deal a little better.
Awesome service! While on vacation, we had to go to the service department at Reliable. Danny assisted right away with diagnosing the problem and resolving. He even made sure the car was washed. We were in and out in 15 minutes and able to get back to enjoying our vacation without worry. We really appreciated his willingness to assist when we did not have an appointment. Thank you!!
Mike Strum was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with! Trust me I buy lots of cars. Everyone at Reliable was friendly, courteous and customer oriented. Working with Wes in finance made it fun and painless to sign the loan paperwork. I will definitely be a return customer!
