Test drove the new Ascent. It is fabulous!
Our vehicle broke down on a vacation and was towed to Reliable Subaru. It was determined to have a blown head gasket, which was a 2.5 day repair. We rented a car for a week and was planning on returning the next weekend to pick it up. Spoke with Ryan in the service department on Thursday and it wasn't 100% sure it was going to be done by the weekend. I had a terrible experience yesterday with the service department. I told them about a section of my fender coming loose. They looked at it and said there was a clip missing but they didn't fix it! I also told them about a clicking sound in the rear when I make a continuous left turn. They said they couldn't hear any noise. Did they even drive the car? But they did give me loads of paperwork for everything else they felt needed to be addressed for a whopping 3,000.00! OH, and when I started my car to leave the radio blasted ... read more
Bryan was excellent to work with when we bought our 2018 Outback. I would recommend him to anyone. He was able to answer all our questions. My husband and I dreaded sitting in a dealership forever but Reliable had a separate toy room with windows that we could see our 3 year old at all times while he played. It was also raining cats and dogs the day went but we were able to check out vehicles inside of another garage to see what we liked best.
If buying a new car do NOT add "detailing every 6 months"...it is not what you think.
