Love these guys, they put me into a new car by the time I needed to be in one, they talked me throught the whole process and made sure I understood everything. They are reliable just like the name says and they have the best customer serivce i've experinced from any car lot in Iowa.
My husband & I bought a Kia Sedona from Bobby at Reliable Motors. Bobby made the process easy, no high pressure sales tactics, was super friendly & walked us through the whole process which only took minutes. He was able to get us a low interest rate with low payments. My husband & I are always looking to spend our money locally with people who are from the community so this was a perfect place to start car looking & turned out to be the perfect place for us to buy our car.
From the minute they contacted me, after sending a fiance request in late 1 night, they were great at assisting me in getting approved. They even helped with the maintenance of my car. I've had it a little over 6 months now and some repairs were needed, they were great at making sure I was taken care of! I seriously am very happy I found this car lot. It was a cold December day and i was in the market for a reliable used car. I was laid off from work a week before Christmas and lost not only my job, but my company car. Knowing i needed a vehicle asap, i started my hunt. Half the dealers in Des Moines were either too pushy, or too cold to come help me in the lot. Bobby asked the right questions to decipher my needs, wants, and budget. He wanted not only my business, but also my satisfaction. He got both!
They worked really hard to get me an affordable loan on a great vehicle, despite my less than stellar credit. My down payment was affordable as well as my monthly payments and insurance. I really enjoyed doing business with Reliable Motors and would highly recommend them.
Matt is an amazing guy first time buying a car off a lot before and he really walked me thru all the steps worked with me when I found a few things wrong with it and got them fixed to make it right him and his team members are very welcoming feels like family when when u walk in the front door will definitely recommend you guys to friends and other people thanks for helping me get a new suv
