I bought a 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix a couple months ago from here. I did have an issue with the tranny but Bob and Matt took care of everything and made it good. Overall, I give them a 5 star rating and would say if one needs a car this would be the place to come. They took care of me.
My wife and I had shopped around with many dealers trying to find a good vehicle at a decent price. Reliable Motors was the only one to not only have a vehicle that fit our wants and needs, but also was able to find financing that was more affordable than our pre-approval from our bank.
Our experience was excellent. Matt was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned with filling out needs. Great group to buy from and their follow up after the sale was excellent.
Matt Hansman is by far the most thorough and helpful car salesman I've personally dealt with. I applied with many different dealerships to get financed and had no luck. But when I had spoke with Matt at reliable motors he was bound and determined to take care of me. Not only did he get me an amazing deal, but he found someone to finance me at a great rate.
I am so glad we found Reliable Motors! Bobby, Matt & their whole staff, are the nicest people you could meet. They went above and beyond, to find what we wanted, and the price was great! They will definitely be our go to car dealer, and I will recommend them to everyone !!
I checked out a few used car places before deciding to come to Reliable Motors. They by far had the most reasonable prices. Bobby was the one to sell us our car and I can not say enough good things about him. He is genuinely trying to help people out by selling them reliable vehicles, not scam you like some other used car places. I had a great experience with Reliable Motors. They worked with my credit and got my payments down to where I could afford them, giving a safe car for me and my daughter to drive in. They have been very helpful whenever I have a question. They prompt with returning phone calls. And always friendly and helpful.
Bobby and Matt make a great father-son team and have made the buying and repair process a breeze. I've had two minor issues with my impala after purchasing in mid-July but Matt put my mind to rest each time. When my boyfriend was shopping around for a truck, we wanted to make sure that we were getting the best deal. We drive by reliable motors daily and kept seeing a really nice 2005 Dodge Ram 1500, we stopped one day to take a look at it, and the service was amazing.
