I called to ask if they accepted my insurance, and the receptionist who answered was incredibly rude. Instead of a basic courtesy, he just said “no” and hung up on me while I was still speaking. Frustrated, I called back to ask why he had hung up, only for him to dismiss me again, saying they don’t take my insurance. Dr. Yu is by far the best primary care physician I’ve ever had! From the moment you walk in, he is friendly, welcoming, and truly takes the time to listen to all concerns. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every issue is addressed thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and heard at every visit. It’s rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients the way Dr. Yu does. Highly recommend!
Hands down, one of the kindest, most compassionate and professional doctors I've met. Dr. Yu makes doctors visits calming and accessible. Most people avoid seeing the doctor for all reasons but Dr. Yu is so patient and treats with care rather than judgement. His practice is so well thought out- even his receptionist Lili is so knowledgeable and accommodating and the office space is designed in such a pleasant way to relax patients!
