Headache all over the place. Here we are at 3 weeks out- temp tags expire next week- and STILL no title work. UNreliable is a more accurate name

The service manager needs to respond to customers and not hide out when there is a complaint and the service ryder should actually do work instead of discarding its customers. Robert Beverly and Brandon Dugan You both have lost a customer and business to reliable.
I have to praise Brandon Dugan for his outstanding customer service. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai veloster and notice it had a recall. Brandon got me in and repaired before my appointment time. Brandon had noticed my remote wasnt working and took the time to figure out why and repaired it. Thank you reliable Hyundai and thank you brandon for going above and beyond.
