Horrible service in the service bay right now. They have computers but tell me I should have kept the "piece of paper" they gave my husband 2 weeks ago... I'm sorry. NO ONE told us that. Its back home over 60 miles away. This 'young professional' could benefit from pulling up his britches and learning about digital footprints. see. computers have hard drives and if you PRINTED a receipt involving the VIN anu repair involving my car with the VIN should be duplicated in the computers hard drive...UNDER MY CARS VIN or even my n... read more
RecommendedAfter a not so pleasant experience with our local Lee’s Summit MO Chevrolet dealer trying to buy a used Hyundai Veloster for our soon to be 16 yr old, we learned a life lesson of walking away from a car he was in love with out of principal. We were looking for a new Hyundai again (we've owned 3 previously) so we went back to Reliable again. Jamie Wright was our salesman and he was great! From the test drive to driving off the lot in our brand new Hyundai Jamie was 100% professional, knowledgeable & very friendly. We appreciate the wonderful service he provided. Jamie made buying a new car an enjoyable experience that we will remember.
The service here is a freaking joke!! Adam never returns your call and when they finally do they tell you to come up to pick up a loaner car only for you to drive 45 mins to pick up and them turn you around saying they are sorry but there is something wrong with the loaner. Their mistake. You think?????? I love my Hyndai, but the service people here are a joke!!
Took my car for oil change and tire rotation. Very fast. Friendly people. My only complaint is having to pay the full price for an oil change that includes a car wash when the car didn't get washed. I understand it was frozen due to the temperature; I just feel a discount should have been given.
I would highly suggest purchasing your next Hyundai Vehicle from Joe Machens Hyundai of Columbia, MO. They were able to match Reliable's price without hassle. Most importantly, they have great people skills. One of the sales reps in Reliable told me by phone that he could not reduce the price any further since I was not a committed buyer.
