The service here is a freaking joke!! Adam never returns your call and when they finally do they tell you to come up to pick up a loaner car only for you to drive 45 mins to pick up and them turn you around saying they are sorry but there is something wrong with the loaner. Their mistake. You think?????? I love my Hyndai, but the service people here are a joke!!

I would highly suggest purchasing your next Hyundai Vehicle from Joe Machens Hyundai of Columbia, MO. They were able to match Reliable's price without hassle. Most importantly, they have great people skills. One of the sales reps in Reliable told me by phone that he could not reduce the price any further since I was not a committed buyer. RecommendedHad a great experience with our salesman Jon Spencer. I would recommend to anyone needing a new car come buy and see him. There was no pressure on the sales and he knew everything about the cars on the lot. We were very pleased.
Dalton and John were awesome for sales and customer service. Finance guys were amazing too. they helped make it fun, personable and helped us feel good about our purchase
Wes & Dalton were easy & great to work with. The entire experience was laid back, and exactly what we were wanting. Levi, among other staff members we meet were all very personable, professional, and kind. It was simply a group of dads, helping make sure my family was taken care of and found the perfect Santa Fe for our needs. They don’t jerk you around, or pull the dreaded sales gimmicks, it’s a whole different feel with this group and we enjoyed it! Thank you Hyundai for being our go to place for an upgrade!
