Very Bad Service – This Jonathan guy is shady. I paid him $190 bucks to repair my Fridge. He apparently installed a defrost heater?? Well after 1 week the problem resurfaced and this guy is ducking my phone calls. When he would answer he gave me every excuse from his Mom was sick to he had other jobs. I just called him and he recognized my voice and hung up. The nerve of this guy. I am contacting my attorney. You know it's the Principle of the whole thing that makes me mad. Don't use this company EVER!

TERRIBLE SERVICE and COMPANY – This is the most UNRELIABLE company. Worst service company I have ever dealt with...Jonathon, owner, doesn't return calls, stands you up for appointments and lies. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and would discourage ANYONE from ever using them. BEWARE!!!

TERRIBLE - STAY AWAY – LEFT WITH A BROKEN ICE MACHINE AND NO RETURN CALLS AFTER 5 VISITS!!! BIG SCAMMER! Now we have to call another company and pay another service call to fix what Jonathan broke. so saving money really cost us tons this time! Excuses included... Had to take Mother to hair dresser's appt... ate spicy chicken wings that made him sick, dropped phone in toilet & couldn't return calls, was feeling dizzy, got an emergency call from a friend & needed to help him out, etc, etc, etc...
