This is a con man and a thief, do not contact these people for anything! He will act like he is doing the work and charge you $179.00, he's a thief, and then he will block your number so that you cannot call him back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! HE DOES NOT DO THE WORK THAT HE SAYS THAT HE DID, HE'S RIPS YOU OFF AND STEALS FROM YOU! THIS MAN IS A PROFESSIONAL CON ARTIST AND A THEIF, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! JONATHAN IS A THEIF!

This man has never and will never perform any work for me, esp after reading the reviews-thank you! On yesterday, he almost ran into my car, trying to get a parking space at WalMart! I made sure I got his busuness name and number and tried to call him but his mailbox was full and of course, he didn't answer! I only wanted to tell him to take that name off his car because not only is he unreliable, he is irresponsible as a driver! I followed him in as he ran in to stand in a long check-cashing line! I meet this Jonathan as Factory Appliance Repair but he's the same, same actions. Took me for $179.00 and had me make check out to his worker, Kendrick Nunn. He's a crook. Doesn't take calls, return calls, doesn't do repair work. Do Not waste time or money on this guy, Jonathan Hedgeman or any appliance repair he is associated with.

Johnathon Hedgeman took money to repair my dryer and never completed the work. I called multiple times. He only answered the phone when my husband called from a number that he did not recognize. He is a scam----DO NOT use this service. You will regret the experience. I am a very unhappy customer. Will never use reliable appliance.

do not use he is a scam came out to fix my ice maker told my husband in a day it would starting working called him said he was on his way out, he has not showed up yey,iam calling six on your side to him also he had us make the check out to kendrick nunn.i will try everyway to get him

Knows what he is doing! – Reliable appliance is the only company I'll ever use. I have a 1934 magic chef gas oven that stopped working on me. I called several appliance repair shops and nobody would touch it, let alone even come out and take a look at it. I finally decided I would try one more place, I called Reliable Appliance, he was out there the same day, AND, he had my stove back up and running within 15 minutes! resonable rates.

Best service ever – Reliable appliance came out to my house and we had a dishwasher that had a apparent motor problem, and was looking like it was going to be a lost cause. Jonathan pulled the motor assembly and repaired some wiring. It works like is new now. He gave me a time and was there, when he said he would. He was extremely nice and cleaned up after he was done. I took a chance and am very pleased with the results! I would recommend Jonathan to anyone. And he now has a lifetime customer!
