Rude Service – My fiance and I walked into the jewelry store, walked up to the counter and were greeted by an older man behind the counter. Beautiful diamonds, superb service – My fiance and I visited Reiner's 2 weeks ago to look at rings. It was one of two stores we visited, and we picked Reiner's because the staff is highly professional, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient. We looked at a variety of settings and diamonds until we found the perfect ring. There is no "sales pressure", and the staff wants you to be completely happy with your purchase.
