If you are looking for a personal jeweler with top notch beautiful merchandise and superb customer service, go see Steve Reiner! He was the first jeweler I visited when I began my quest for engagement rings. I was blown away by how beautiful his diamonds were. By far the BEST!! I got engaged the day after Thanksgiving in 2010 and I remember when I began looking at rings. I had an idea of what I wanted but never found THE ring until I visited Reiner's. Great customer service! – I have been looking for an engagement ring for quite some time, and going to contemporary jewelry stores (i.e., Zales, Tiffany's, or Jared) the service is not that great, their selection is limited, and their staff seems to push their product a little to hard. Great Service and Prices – I shopped around Houston for my fiancee's engagement ring and am convinced that I received the best customer service and value for my money at Reiner's. Not only were they willing to work with me to create a custom ring, based only a picture, but Steven took the time every time I came in to discuss various diamonds and options available. Great service to my family for two generations – The Reiner family has been selling fine jewelry to my family for two generations. My father bought nearly every piece of jewelry for my mother from the store, including their wedding bands and her engagement ring. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! – I went to Reiner's based on the online reviews and was NOT disappointed!! What many people before me said about the service and jewelry were all true. I told Steven what I wanted the ring to look like and he not only listened to me, he delivered exactly what I asked for! Great Family-based Jewelry Store! – I spent a lot of time and patience searching jewelry stores in and around the Houston area. Upon arriving at Reiner's I was about out of patience. Their sales staff took the time to hear what I wanted, while offering insight into the craftsmanship, which aided in my selection.
