Great customer service – My fiance and I went to Reiner's after reading the reviews on Citysearch. Steve was great to work with and he made sure to get the ring completed on time. We will be going back to Reiner's to get the wedding ring and band.

Very Good Experience – I read other reviews on this site before I went into Reiner’s and I have to agree that this is a top notch business. My fiancé and I were greeted promptly at the door and treated with dignity and respect. We did not know much about jewelry coming in and left with a wealth of knowledge and our wedding bands. The price was great and I spent less than I ever expected. I will go back here in the future and I recommend that you do as well.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN!!! – i didn't have much time to surprise my hubby with a new wedding band before our anniversary. Steven at Reiners calmed me down and told me he would get it delivered in time and I had no worries. This is after i called over 50 jewelers in the Houston area and was told it would take two weeks to a month to get the ring my husband had wanted. Best Service in Town – I initially purchased my wife's engagement ring here, then our wedding bands, then some earrings, then a diamond necklace... and I'll probably be back this Christmas. The point is, the staff keeps you coming back by doing a great job in balancing price with quality. The Best in Houston! – My fiancée found Reiner's after we had visited all the cookie cutter stores. When we walked it we felt taken care of and listened to. Best custom jewelry store! – Steven Reiner and his team are great to work with. Each person spent time with us and really helped us as we created our custom engagement ring. The ring is just stunning and I have received many complements on it. Two people recommended this store to me and they were absolutely right! Best Jeweler in Houston – I got both my engagement ring and wedding band, along with my fiance's band, at Reiner's and we had nothing but great experiences with them. As soon as we walked in we were helped, but never pressured to buy anything. Reiner's has a fantastic selection, and if you don't see what you want, they will custom make it for you.
