The service is exceptional, all the staff is well trained, and highly qualified in everything you need to find the perfect jewelry you are looking for. When working with Reiner's the price is very competitive, but extremely affordable, and as the cliche goes, "It's worth every penny." GREAT Engagement ring – I went into Reiner's looking for an engagement ring on a $2,000 budget...Stephen showed me a ring without a diamond which was already out of my price range and then showed me a diamond that was also out of my price range. My fiance and I bought a custom engagement ring from Reiners and were absolutely blown away with their customer service, professionalism, and the quality of our ring. Rip Off on Service – I bent a prong on my diamond setting but was new to Houston and didn't know where to take my ring. So I checked out places on line, saw Reiner's had good ratings and a convenient location, so I went to them first. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, but quoted me $200 to fix my ring and that I'd have to leave it overnight. I was helped by Steven Reiner who helped me find an engagement ring and I was very happy with the results. After finding the band that I like the most he showed me several diamonds of differing sizes and qualities that I could select from and put them together at a competitive price.
