We have been shopping at Reider's for the past few years and find everything we purchase there to be of the best quality. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. Bruce Reider even offered to deliver something to our home because they were out of what we needed for a holiday dinner! Perhaps the people who have written bad reviews are usually Aldi shoppers!!

some of the meat here is good but overall the prices are very high, as in as much as $1 more per item, than some of the surrounding stores. people are not very helpful, depends on their mood and perhaps i wonder if they think you are worthy of their attention. bef ore reading the other reviews i thought they were just rude to me but maybe not. maybe they think they are a prime store but since they have avery limited selection, high prices and snootty workers, why go there :)

I went in to purchase some items including shrimp that was on sale but could not find them. I then found some defrosted in the seafood display case. I asked the guy behind the counter if he had any of the shrimp advertised for $4.99/lb. He said that he had some still in packages and gave them to me confirming that they were $4.99/lb.. I recently visited this grocery store for the first time. I visted the deli section and was surprised to see that the employee was rude to another customer. While several peopole were waiting for assistance and a numbering system was in place, it was not being used. It was very confusing to know who was next "in line" and the department employee was very rude to the customers. I just wanted to say thank you to the who ever envisioned this store and made it happen. After my move here from Southern California, I was sorely disappointed by the lack of good quality discerning produce and high quality fruits/vegetables. I don’t mind “shopping around” but there was nowhere to find what I was looking for… until now! So thank you!

Plenty of samples, VERY VERY high quality FRESH food! The anti-Costco, they have an AMAZING bakery and the meat is so so so good. Service is a step above the big box stores too! Emphasis is on the fresh groceries, so don't look for all of your "middle of the store" brands here (cleaning products are an end cap, not an aisle) but great deli, great seafood, amazing meat, wonderful wine and beer selection, and I cannot rave enough about the bakery!
